07 de Octubre de 2025Bianditz marks its 60th anniversary this year, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the design and manufacturing of precision tools. Founded in 1965 by Juan Ribera in Irún, this family-owned company has evolved from a small auxiliary workshop into a firm with three distinct business lines: hand tools, molds and dies, and precision turning solutions for industries such as automotive, locksmithing, construction, and aerospace.
With 2,500 square meters of facilities, a team of 26 professionals, and a presence in more than 22 countries, Bianditz has successfully maintained its family identity while embracing growth, modernization, and internationalization. Its history is defined by constant innovation, from launching its own brand in the 1990s to diversifying its industrial offering.
The company is currently undergoing a generational transition, guided by four strategic priorities: optimizing workflows through LEAN methodologies, advancing digitalization both in production and commercial areas, reducing its carbon footprint with actions such as cutting single-use plastics and installing solar panels, and attracting and retaining talent.
As the company states, “innovation also arises from close contact with local businesses; listening to their needs helps us design tailored, forward-looking solutions.” This philosophy captures the essence of Bianditz: proximity, co-creation, and a strong commitment to building a more efficient and sustainable industrial future.
